Firstly, the site is designed for browsers (the program you use to look at websites) that are version 4 or more. You can tell what version your browser is by going to the top of the window and clicking on the 'Help' option, probably the one on the top right. Then go to the 'About' option - you'll get a new window which tells you which exact version it is.

It's not a version 4 browser? No problems. You can always update your browser online, and it's free! Go to www.Tucows.com and look for Netscape 4+ or Netscape 6 or, if you're really desperate, Internet Explorer 4+. Personally, I use Netscape, it's great. But it's up to you.

Don't tell me, your browser is Netscape 4+? And the navigation is still not working? Ok, work with me here. Click on 'Edit' (top left corner) in your browser window. A menu appears, and the very last option says 'Preferences'. Click on that and a new window appears. In the left side (white bar) of this window, scroll down to the 'Advanced' option and click on it just once. In the right hand side (all grey) put a tick in the 'Enable Javascript' option, click 'OK' and then reload the page. No more problems!

This site is designed for people using a 800 x 600 or larger resolution, ideally 1074 x 768. Nothing fancy here, no scripting tricks, just HTML and javascript to get the navigation to work. I don't use any cookies or other means to track my visitors, nor do I store any information about users on the server or offline. I only link to reputable businesses and receive a small commission for sales via my site, the funds go straight back into ongoing hosting fees for this site so it can stay online. If you find you are being asked to accept a cookie, it's not coming from my site but may come from an advertiser. You will have to read their privacy policy to see what data is collected during your visit to their site, and how it is used. I just want people to come visit my site, not invade their privacy so I don't ask for any information bar someones email address if they send me an email and wish a response. The feedback form and guestbook ask for your info purely for entertainment purposes only, you are under no obligation to fill in any fields. I value your privacy as much as my own, and do not spam, nor do I condone spamming. If you subscribe to my JokePlanet email you'll get one email a week with ten jokes on it and some advertising to help cover costs. Again, I do not collect your information for this section either, however the third party site who looks after the subscriptions may, you need to read their website for information.
